Young Leaders Have a Day and A Half!

On Wednesday 2 March, 18 school leaders made their way to the Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre. There were four main speakers that inspired students to achieve great things. The presenters that stood out were Nathan 'Dubsy' Want (an inspiring speaker), Dylan Parker (the inspiration for the movie, Paper Planes), Harry Baker (the World Poetry Slam Champion) and Kate Austin (the founder of Pinchapoo)! The whole day was an absolute blast!

It was a good reminder to take everything step by step.
I want to remember the quote ... "No is only two tiny letters". We don't have to be afraid of it and we can get past it.
There was a great motto that we thought was really cool. It was ...."I will only make a difference by achieving big things said no leader ever. Master the little." It is important to achieve the little things and they will add up to the big things.
