Students and teachers in the 5/6 Area were lucky enough to attend PGL Camp Rumbug in Foster during term two. Two students wrote about the amazing experience.
Last Wednesday the 5/6 area came to school at 8.45am to leave for Camp Rumbug. When we arrived there was non-stop fun. There were heaps of activities and I loved every one of them. My personal favourite would have to be the Flying Fox. There were 2 flying foxes and luckily we got the better one, which went straight over the lake. It was so much fun! I also loved participating in the Mud Run activity. It was about 1.7 km and it was full of MUD. This camp was definitely my all-time favourite and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Once I arrived at camp I was so excited. I couldn’t wait for the days ahead. My favourite activity would have to be Aeroball. If you don’t know what Aeroball is, it is four trampolines with goals behind them. The aim of the game is to get the ball into the other side’s goal. Luca and Charlie won the Aeroball Championship in our group. I also loved when our group did the Flying Fox, it was so exciting! I was so annoyed when we had to leave. It was a great camp for my last year of primary school.
