All the students had a valuable session learning First Aid on Wednesday 14th February. We learnt basic first aid for a blood nose, burns and snake bite. We also practised calling 000. We learnt a lot of important ways to keep safe and making sure our home and school is safe for everyone.
Welcome back to another glorious year in 1/2. All the students have settled in well and are hard at work. We have a lot of wonderful learning planned this term.

Student Voice Survey On Friday 15th September the grade 1/2's had a great dinner at school. We had chips and delicious pizza. When we were mid-way through our fruit Mrs McIntosh called us over to Chandler Hall to see the Amazing Danny the Magician. He was extremely funny. Danny turned a white balloon into a remote control bird. Afterwards we all ate chocolate coated ice cream. The ice cream was delicious. Then the grade 1's went home. While the grade1's were going home grade 2's were getting ready for a night walk. We saw 2 cute, furry possums. When the night walk was over the grade 2 girls brought their suitcases to Chandler Hall to watch a movie. The movie we watched was Sing, it was a new movie. We didn't watch all of the movie because it was very late so we slept. In the morning we got dressed and had breakfast.
To continue our learning about the olden days we had a dress up day on Friday 1st September. We transported back in time to recreate the olden days at school. After a morning of strict classroom learning we rotated through different activities including;
